·Denied Transfer Policy·

If you purchase a firearm sold by or to be transferred through us in a face-to-face transaction, you must be legally able to purchase and possess a firearm under both Federal and State Law or your transfer of the firearm will be DENIED. You must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident of the United States to purchase or transfer a firearm through us or your transfer of the firearm will be DENIED. You will be required to complete a Form 4473 Firearms Transaction Record and provide a valid government issued photo identification card, driver’s license, or other valid government issued photo Identification card with your name and current physical address on it. If your valid government issued photo identification card does not have your current physical address on it, then you may use a supplemental government document or record such as a Voter Registration Card, Vehicle Registration Card, or County Property Tax Records, etc. to establish your identity and current physical address on the Form 4473. You will be subject to the NICS Check Policy as well.  If you REFUSE OR ARE UNABLE TO COMPLETE the Form 4473 or to provide the required identification and documents, then your transfer of the firearm(s) will be DENIED. If the transfer of your firearm(s) is DENIED, you may not take possession of the firearm(s). You will be charged a Denied Transfer Fee of $35 per firearm that is due immediately at the time that the transfer of your firearm(s) is DENIED. You will receive a DENIED TRANSFER NOTICE that will advise you of your options regarding the disposition of the firearm(s) that you were DENIED the transfer of.
